My Story
I'm Rosalie Scalise, creative leader and brand strategist with a career spent building brands from the inside out.
I started where most designers start: sketching ideas, designing product, chasing the perfect colorway. But I was always just as interested in how something was made as how it looked. That curiosity took me into merchandising, global sourcing, and the full business of building a brand. Each layer sharpened how I think and how I lead.
I've worked in scrappy startups and established organizations. Different coffee, same hustle.
I do my best work with people who trust each other, push back when it counts, and actually enjoy the process of getting it right. The work is always a little more fun when everyone in the room cares.
I also believe the work carries responsibility, not in a soapbox way, just in a "make things that are worth making" way.
In my spare time, I'm somewhere in Texas crocheting, bird watching, or taking on a DIY project that will definitely take over a room.

From concept through launch, I've worked across category strategy, material development, technical design, and lifecycle management. I bring a sustainability lens to every stage, because the most forward-thinking product decisions are usually the most responsible ones.
Brand Building & Creative Direction
I build brands that stand for something: identity, voice, visual direction, and the product story that earns lasting trust. Whether starting from scratch or repositioning something that's lost its way, I bring creative instinct and strategic discipline in equal measure.
Merchandising, Assortment & Go-to-Market Strategy
I know how product needs to perform at every level: retail, wholesale, DTC, and enterprise. From pricing architecture and assortment planning to GTM execution, I align creative vision with commercial reality and get teams moving in the same direction.
Operational Leadership & Execution
Great ideas need great execution. I've built the systems, workflows, and team structures that turn strategy into results, in startup environments and complex organizations alike.
Everything it makes, says, and does either builds that promise or breaks it.

Four I’s on the Matter
Identity
The brands that last know exactly who they are and never stop finding new ways to express it. Innovating with intention, from a place of real conviction.
Intention
The best products are born from curiosity and made with care. Sustainability isn't a feature you add at the end. It's a decision you make at the beginning and throughout the build process.
Intersection
Creativity without operational grounding is just decoration. Operations without creative vision is just maintenance. The work I'm most proud of lives at the intersection.
Integrity
I believe the people who make things can do it better. Better for the customer, better for the people who make it, better for the world it comes from. That's not a lofty goal. That's just the standard I hold myself to.
