About Me

I'm Rosalie Scalise - creative leader and brand strategist with twenty years of experience across every function that makes a product-based business work.

I started where most creatives start: sketching ideas, building brand identities, designing product from scratch. From day one I was just as interested in how something was made as how it looked. That curiosity never went away.

It took me deeper. Into merchandising, global sourcing, assortment strategy, operational leadership, and P&L ownership. Each layer sharpened how I think, and how I lead.

I've worked in scrappy, build-it-as-you-go environments where speed is everything and in established organizations where scale and precision are what matter.

I've been in both rooms. One had a ping pong table. One had a conference call that could have been an email. I know what each one actually takes.

I do my best work with people who are straight with each other, push back when it counts, and care about getting it right. That's the kind of team I build.

I also believe the work carries responsibility. Not in a soapbox way, just in a "make things that are worth making" way. That shows up in every product decision, every sourcing conversation, every brand I'm part of.

That instinct to make things carries over into everything, honestly. I'm a Texas native based in Dallas-Fort Worth, and when I'm not building brands I'm crocheting, bird watching, chasing countryside road trips, or picking up a new DIY project that will take over a room. Creative energy has to go somewhere, and sometimes it takes the scenic route.
